Easter at VOX

To celebrate easter the chefs at VOX have curated a brand new menu inspired by the Icelandic lamb. The meat has been specially selected from a farm in Bæjarsveit called Langholt. The meat is handled with care through the entire process and is never frozen. On the menu you will also find delicious salmon and a special dessert filled with chocolate mousse. Can you imagine a better easter dinner?

Easter menu

Scallops crudo
Noisette, soy, sour cream, radish, crispy yeast
Baked Red beet
Horseradish, potato, macadamia nut, kale
Grilled Salmon
Cauliflower-mushroom, parsley purée, hazelnut, white wine sauce
Slow cooked lamb ribs
Lamb, grilled carrots, pickled fennel, lamb jus
Profiteroles
Light pastry dough filled with mars chocolate mousse, pecan crumble, sherry sauce
